There is no support or opening act and the concert will begin at 8:00PM. Doors open at 6:30PM.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early and be in their seats for the start of the show. Guests should travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search

 Upon entry to FTXArena, fans MUST present the Credit Card used to purchase tickets with matching photo ID. 

Entire party MUST enter the venue at the same time.

Onsite Arena Parking:

Arena Valet is available at the night of event, based on availability. Click here to reserve your valet parking.
Arena Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

Taxi & Limo Pick-Up: Recommended pick-up after the show ends is located in front of the Arena on Biscayne Blvd between 6th and 8th Streets. There is also secondary Taxi zone located at Bayside Market Place (across Port Blvd).

Ticket holders are invited to arrive early and enjoy DJ music and Cash Bar Service on the XFINITY East Plaza starting at 6:00 PM.  Please enter via Gate 5 to enter the XFINITY East Plaza.

- Bags must be smaller than 14”x14”x6”.  All bags are subject to search.
- Cameras with lenses 4” are prohibited.  No professional audio or video recording devices.
