Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

IMPORTANT ARIANA GRANDE TICKET HOLDER PARKING INFORMATION:

Ultrafest Weekend will be taking place March 27-29th in Downtown Miami.  Below are some helpful information to assist with your arrival and parking plans.

On-site parking in the Arena Garage will be held exclusively for Ariana Grande Ticket Holders at $20.00 per car.  Valet parking will be offered for Ariana Grande Ticket Holders at a discounted price of $30.00 per car.

Ariana Grande guests will be required to show ticket or a Will Call receipt upon arrival at the Arena parking garage or valet.

The Arena Garage is estimated to be available starting at 5:30 PM
Parking at FTXArena is subject to availability. Arena Gates are scheduled to open 60 minutes prior to show time.

Drop-Off/Parking Information: For your child's safety and your convenience, the FTXArena highly suggests that you park in the Arena's P2 garage ($20 per vehicle) or at Bayside Marketplace (for a fee determined by Bayside) and walk your child across Port Boulevard to the front of the Arena (Biscayne Boulevard entrance, Gates 1 and 2). We recommend that you choose a landmark in from of the Arena to meet after the concert has ended.

Limited Curbside Drop Off: For parents/guardians that choose to drop guests off at curbside, please pull up to the curb near Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. Once your guests have exited the vehicle, traffic directors will direct you to follow the street around the Arena and exit to Port Boulevard. Any vehicle left unattended on NE 8th Street will be towed immediately.

Parents Hang-Out: Parents are welcome to hang out at Bayside Marketplace, conveniently located across the street. Bayside offers dining and shopping options.

Child Pick-Up: Limited space will be available on Biscayne Boulevard in front of the Arena, at the end of the show. Police will be assisting with traffic-flow and street crossing. Should you choose to pick-up in front of the Arena, your vehicle may be temporarily blocked-in. Please be patient.

Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras with no detachable lenses will be allowed. No professional cameras, video or audio recording devices will be permitted.

Prohibited items: NO IPADS, Tablets, Go-Pros are permitted in the Arena.  Artists gifts (must be unwrapped) will be collected at the Gates.
