Metromover System Closed During This Weekend’s Billy Joel Concert

FTXArena guests attending the Billy Joel concert on January 31 at 8:00p.m. should be aware that Miami-Dade County’s Metromover system will be closed through the weekend for repairs. Free bus-shuttle service will be provided between Metromover stations with buses arriving approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. Click here for a map of where shuttle buses will pick up and drop off patrons. Metromover will reopen for regular service beginning at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2015.

General Information

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Parking: Parking is available in the Arena P2 Garage for $25.00 per vehicle (based on availability), and valet parking (in front of Gate 4) is $40.00 per vehicle.

Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras are permitted with lenses 6” or less. Video Cameras or Audio Recording Devices are not permitted.

Taxi & Limo Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Ticket Holders can be dropped off between Gates 3 & 4.  Guests can then be picked-up after the show ends in front of the Arena on Biscayne Blvd between 6th and 8th street. The secondary Taxi zone is located at Bayside Marketplace (across Port Blvd).

Disabled Entrance: Disabled guest entrances are located at Gates 3 & 4. Both gates are located on the north side of the facility.

Dine With Us: Sushi Maki presents A Taste of Asia! True to its name, Miami’s largest family of sushi restaurants brings restaurant-quality sushi to FTXArena, rolling fresh on the main concourse at Section 101. Exploring some of Asia’s popular street foods, you’ll also find grilled Pork Belly Buns, Korean-Style Shrimp Tacos, wok-tossed Veggie Lo Mein Noodles, and Sushi Maki’s famous Bacon Fried Rice.

Signature Cocktails: The Crown Apple Piano Man; introducing the new Crown Royal Regal Apple served with Cranberry Juice and garnished with a lime available at Bars in sections 107, 118 and in Flagship Restaurants.
