Parking Information
Traffic Advisory:
- Due to construction in the Downtown Miami area, Ticket holders are encouraged to allow extra time for travel time and arrive early.
Onsite Arena Parking:
- Arena Valet is available the night of event, based on availability. Click here to reserve your valet parking.
- Arena Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

Attention Floor Ticket Holders
- General Admission Floor ticket holders are directed to enter through Lexus Gate 4, just East of the Tissot Ticket Center. GA Floor Guests are not permitted to line up prior to 8:00am.
General Information
- Guests should travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search. Bags must be no larger than 14"x14"x6".
Camera policy/Prohibited items:
- No detachable lenses
- No Audio/Video Recording Devices
- Absolutely no backpacks allowed
- No Go Pro's, Selfie Sticks, IPad's
- No laser pointers, flashlights, glow sticks, beach balls or balloons or other inflatables
- No pets (service dogs exempt)
- No glass items, tin cans, hard plastic cups
- No knives, tasers, mace or weapons of any kind
- No banners with poles or political banners (Signs must be no larger than 8 1/2"x11")
- No fireworks or weapons of any kind, no air horns
- No moshing or crowd surfing
- No hover boards, scooters, skateboards, segways or other skates
- No outside sponsorship allowed, CD’s or promotional flyers
- No umbrellas allowed on the Floor (must be under 18" in other areas)
