General Information

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Drop-Off/Parking Information: For your child's safety and your convenience, the FTXArena highly suggests that you park in the Arena's P2 garage ($20 per vehicle) or at Bayside Marketplace (for a fee determined by Bayside) and walk your child across Port Boulevard to the front of the Arena (Biscayne Boulevard entrance, Gates 1 and 2). We recommend that you choose a landmark in from of the Arena to meet after the concert has ended.

Limited Curbside Drop Off: For parents/guardians that choose to drop guests off at curbside, please pull up to the curb near Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. Once your guests have exited the vehicle, traffic directors will direct you to follow the street around the Arena and exit to Port Boulevard. Any vehicle left unattended on NE 8th Street will be towed immediately.

Parents Hang-Out: Parents are welcome to hang out at Bayside Marketplace, conveniently located across the street. Bayside offers dining and shopping options.

Child Pick-Up: Limited space will be available on Biscayne Boulevard in front of the Arena, at the end of the show. Police will be assisting with traffic-flow and street crossing. Should you choose to pick-up in front of the Arena, your vehicle may be temporarily blocked-in. Please be patient.

FTXArena Parking: Self-parking in the P2 Garage will be available on the day of the event at $20 per vehicle, based on availability. Valet parking, accessible in front of Hublot VIP Gate 4 on NE 8th Street will be available on the day of the event at $35 per vehicle, based on availability.

Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras with no detachable lenses will be allowed. No professional cameras, video or audio recording devices will be permitted.

Special Notes: Please be aware that confetti, strobe lights, haze and lasers will be used during the show.

Important Information for Floor Seat Ticket Holders

Floor seat ticket holders will have access to the Premium Flagship Lounges (North and South) for Demi Lovato beginning at 6:00 pm for Dining & Cash Bar available throughout the show. To access the Flagship Lounges, please present your Floor Ticket at the Flagship Vom entrances, located center-floor on the North and South sides. Please see an Usher should you need further directions.
