METROMOVER SYSTEM TO OPEN LATE THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH

Guests attending the Disney On Ice Shows this Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m.,3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. should be aware that Miami-Dade County’s Metromover system will be opening at noon due to upgrades. Free bus-shuttle service will be provided between Metromover stations from 5 a.m. until noon on Saturday. Shuttle buses will arrive at Metromover stations approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. A map of where shuttle buses pick up and drop off passengers is available on the Metromover web page.

Transit riders can register to receive Rider Alerts.  In the event of a service disruption or delay, transit users will receive a message with details on the device of their choice.       

To plan a trip on transit, residents and visitors are encouraged to download the newly upgraded free Miami-Dade Transit Tracker app, which offers complete trip-planning information, as well as real-time information for approaching buses, Metrorail and Metromover vehicles.

Convenient Onsite Arena Parking:

Valet is available at $25.00, night of event, based on availability.

Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available for $15.00 per vehicle in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

Additional parking is available within a short walking distance.

GENERAL INFORMATION

For your safety and enjoyment, please read the following day-of-event information.

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Tickets will not be valid via Mobile Devices. To avoid delayed entry, please print your tickets prior to arrival.

The FTXArena recommends that guests with children under the age of two (2) years old bring proof of the infants' age with them to expedite entry. Valid forms of identification are a government-issued birth certificate or passport. Guests 2 years of age and older must have a ticket to enter the Arena. Re-Entry to the Arena is prohibited.

Prohibited Items: No strollers will be permitted inside of the Arena. For your convenience, stroller check is available at Gate 2. No Lasers pens allowed.

Camera policy: Small instamatic and video cameras will be allowed. No professional cameras will be permitted.
