Guests attending the Ellie Goulding concert are advised to adjust their travel schedules accordingly to allow ample time to navigate the area due to an event on Miami Beach taking place from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests are strongly urged to avoid the Julia Tuttle Causeway and instead use the MacArthur Causeway, Venetian Causeway or the 79th Street Causeway as an alternate route.
Use of public transportation, including the Metrorail, Metrobus and Metromover, is strongly encouraged.

Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available for $25.00 per vehicle in the Arena's P2 garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.
Tickets will not be valid via Mobile Devices. To avoid delayed entry, please print your tickets prior to arrival.
General Admission Floor:
- All Floor Guests will enter through Gate 4 and can beginning lining up at Gate 4 at 3:00PM.
Prohibitied Items:
- Bags must be smaller than 14x14x6
- Cameras with lenses over 6”.
- Laser pointer, Professional cameras, Audio and Video recorders, selfie stickets, go pro, suitcases.
Special Effects: Smoke, haze, and strobes.
