General Information

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.
Parking:   Parking is available in the Arena P2 Garage for $25.00 per vehicle (based on availability), and valet parking (in front of Gate 4) is $40.00 per vehicle.

Limited Curbside Drop Off:   Guests can be dropped off curbside on NE 8th Street.

Disabled Entrance:   Guests with 100-400 level tickets needing special assistance should enter via Gate 3.

Floor Ticket Holders:  Guests with valid Floor Tickets should enter the Hublot VIP entrance, located at Gate 4.   
Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras are allowed. No professional cameras, video of audio recording devices will be permitted.

Important Information for Floor Seat Ticket Holders

Floor seat ticket holders will have access to the Premium Flagship Lounges (North and South) for the concert beginning at 6:00 pm for Dining & Cash Bar available throughout the show. To access the Flagship Lounges, please present your Floor Ticket at the Flagship Vom entrances, located center-floor on the North and South sides. Please see an Usher should you need further directions.
