Arena Valet is available at $40.00, night of event, based on availability.  Valet will open at 5:45pm. Click here to reserve.   

 Arena Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available for $25.00 per vehicle in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

 Please note:  There is no overnight parking, camping or RV’s permitted on property.  Access to the Arena grounds will NOT be permitted prior to 1:00 PM on Saturday, due to a concert at the arena the night before.

Taxi Pick-Up: Recommended taxi pick-up after the show ends is located in front of the Arena on Biscayne Blvd between 6th and 8th street. The secondary taxi zone is located at Bayside Marketplace (across Port Blvd).

GENERAL INFORMATION

Guests should travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search. Additional security procedures will be in place and guests are encouraged to arrive early and be in their seats for the start of the show.

ATTENTION:  “GA Floor TEN CLUB Ticket Holders”   (GA =General Admission) does not include a ticketed seat.

GA Floor Ticketholders can begin picking up their tickets at the Arena Box Office beginning at 3:00PM.  Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Fans may not start lining up at the Arena until 12 noon.  

GA Floor TEN CLUB Ticket Holders should enter through Gate 4 (Gate 4 is located on the north side of the Arena on 8th St. just east of the Box Office

Please note:  

No restrooms will be available on property till doors open at 6:30PM.

Camera Policy

Small instamatic cameras are permitted. NO DETACHABLE LENSES.

No Video Cameras or Audio Recording Devices

 

Prohibited Items and Actions:

No tailgating is allowed in the Arena Garage or on Arena property

No “camping out” overnight is permitted

No Glow Sticks, Balls or other projectiles will be allowed

No moshing & body surfing activities will be permitted due to potential injury

No smoking inside the building:  Smoking balconies are located on all levels inside the Arena. They can only be accessed from inside the building.
