General Information

Tickets will not be valid via Mobile Devices. To avoid delayed entry, please print your tickets prior to arrival.

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

General Admission: All floor ticketed guests must enter Gate 4 to receive a GA Floor wristband. Gate 4 is located on the north side of the Arena on 8th St. just east of the Box Office. GA Ticket Holders can arrive between 8:00am-3:00pm to receive their pre-numbered wristband and return at 5:30pm and line up in order. Please note that GA (General Admission) does not include a ticketed seat.

Parking: The Arena P2 Parking Garage offers onsite parking starting at 2:00 pm for TICKETED GUESTS ONLY. Parking is $25 on 12/31 and $20 for the remaining shows, based on availability. Taxi Pick-Up: Recommended taxi pick-up after the show ends is located in front of the Arena on Biscayne Blvd between 6th and 8th street. The secondary taxi zone is located at Bayside Marketplace (across Port Blvd).

Disabled Entrance: Disabled guest entrances are located at Gates 3 & 4. Both gates are located on the north side of the facility.

Camera policy: Cameras with lenses 6" or less and IPADS will be allowed inside the arena. Professional cameras, video recorders and audio recorders are NOT permitted inside the arena.

Prohibited Items: Any bags larger than 14x14x6" including duffel bags, coolers or other carrying cases. No whistles, horns, noise makers, fireworks, bottles, cans, containers, laser pointers or weapons of any kind. No food or beverage will be permitted inside the building. Please note that there will be no check-in services at the arena.

Special Effects: Please be aware that pyrotechnics, smoke/haze, laser lights & strobe lights will be used during the show.

Additional Information: Smoking balconies are located on all levels inside the Arena. They can only be accessed from inside the building.
