General Information

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Parking: Parking is available in the Arena P2 Garage for $25.00 per vehicle (based on availability), and valet parking (in front of Gate 4) is $40.00 per vehicle.

Camera policy: Still cameras with lenses 6” or less will be allowed. No detachable cameras are allowed. No professional audio or video recording devices.

Prohibited Items: No iPads or tablets, laser pens, glow sticks or signs.

Special Effects: Please be aware that pyrotechnics, smoke/haze, laser lights & strobe lights will be used during the show.

VIP Packages

“Bigger Than” VIP Package: Guests will check in at Gate 3 starting at 4:45pm. Pre-concert party in the Dewar’s Clubhouse from 5:50pm-7:45pm.

“UR Experienced” VIP Package: Guests may check in at Gate 3 starting at 4:45pm. Pre-concert party in the Dewar’s Clubhouse from 5:50pm-7:45pm.

“Good Kisser” & “Caught Up” Packages: At Main Doors (6:30pm) guests who purchased these packages will check in at Gate 3.

Enjoy Prime Cheddar Steakhouse Burger at Prime Burger Grills in Sections 105, 117, 308, 324 and Remy Martin with the mixer of your choice in Sections 107, 118.
