The Kaseya Center Ticket Office is only open on the day of events. For HEAT games, the ticket office will be open 3 hours prior to tip-off. For non-HEAT events from Monday through Friday, the ticket office is open from 10am until the start of the event. For non-HEAT events on Saturday and Sunday, the Ticket Office is open from 12pm until the start of the event.
