For inbound calls, patrons can contact Guest Experiences through a dedicated TTY number at 786.777.1177.

Sign Language Interpreters should be requested through the Guest Experiences Department by phone at 786.777.1237 (voice) or 786.777.1177 (TTY) or by email at guestservices@heat.com at least 2 weeks prior to an event. Kaseya Center will make its best efforts to provide a sign language interpreter for the event, subject to availability.

TO ARRANGE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, PLEASE CALL:

The primary ADA accessible entrance is Gate 3, located on NE 8th St. This location is also available for dropping off disabled Guests. Parking for disabled guests is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the P2 Parking Garage. Parking spaces are adjacent to Elevators 1&2, 3&4, and 7&8. Overheight parking for vans is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the P1 garage. Game/event parking fees will apply. Kaseya Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regards to our Guests with disabilities.

Kaseya Center has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory processing needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests including those with sensory processing needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our Team Members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at the following locations:

QUIET ROOM

For each event our Kaseya Center hosts, there is a designated Quiet Room for individuals who need to regroup after becoming overstimulated. The room is located on our Mezzanine Level directly across from Elevators 1 & 2. Please reach out to any Guest Experiences Representative, or stop by a Guest Experiences Booth for directions to the Quiet Space.

Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Experiences locations at Sections 103 and 322 free of charge. A valid driver’s license or picture ID will be required as a deposit while using the device.

Disabled and Accessible Seating is available in all ticket price categories, based on availability. Companion Seats may be available for purchase with each disabled seat purchased.
